I installed LXDE (BLFS 8.2).
I already had lightdm installed.
The BLFS book explains how to launch LXDE with xinit, by using "ck-launch-session startlxde".
When I start LXDE with lightdm, the shutdown en reboot options give errors.
"ck-launch-session" is used with xinit to prevent these problems.
But how can I use "ck-launch-session" with lightdm?
When I change /usr/share/xsessions/LXDE.desktop
so the Exec line reads:
Exec=ck-launch-session /usr/bin/startlxde
then the reboot and shutdown options simply disappear.
So, how to use consolekit with lightdm?
